YES, YOU CAN MOVE IT, BUT IT MIGHT NOT SURVIVE. THE BEST TIME TO MOVE IT WOULD BE ON A MILD DAY IN WINTER WHEN THE TREE IS DORMANT AND THERE IS NO RISK OF FROST. DIG A HOLE AT LEAST A METRE ACROSS, AS DEEP AS YOU CAN AND KEEP THE ROOT SYSTEM INTACT.
