How do I reset my Yamaha RX v381?
To do this:
- Power it off.
- Hold down Straight while powering it back on until ADVANCED SETUP appears on the display.
- Use the Program Selector buttons to navigate to INIT- CANCEL.
- Press Straight to set it to INIT- ALL.
- Press the power button again to reset the amp.

On the TV you will have to enable HDMI control also. HDMI control lets you control the Yamaha receiver volume and power with the TV remote. Yes the TV remote is working just fine, I can volume +/- it auto change signals from like Satbox, or other device, and it can turn the receiver off automaticly when turning TV, thats really great.

Problem with Yamaha RX-V385 AV Reciever The problem is that when i play a movie from Netflix which is embedded in the TV, there is no sound coming from the Yamaha Amp. From the TV settings i have choose the ARC Option, then i entered the Yamaha setup and switched the ARC option on.
