Just had 40 acres clear cut and glad I did as the trees were in varying forms of slowly dying due to the droughts,disease and insects the last 2-4 years, I sold off the pines back in the late 90’s which I was glad of but the 2nd crop of pine was big enough to cut and got rid of most of the hardwood from this tract.
