Why is my Yamaha receiver not connecting to my TV?
Your HDMI output has got switched somehow. The audio can go to the TV or to your receiver, but not both. To get sound from your receiver and connected speakers, the HDMI audio output setting needs to be set to off on your receiver. Now you will get sound from your speakers, but not the TV.
