Why is my Bose sound system not working?
The system is not having any sound, on using the remote also the light doesn’t change. On taking out the battery also & connecting directly the yellow light remains. When I plug my phone in, it won’t charge.

Is the WD19 dock fan really loud?
Every few minutes, the fan on the WD19 dock ramps up to full, it’s so loud (perhaps only slightly quieter than a hairdryer). I have the latest firmware, and that didn’t make a difference.
How long does a Bose SoundDock battery last?
If the system is disconnected from AC power and unused for 14 or more days, the system enters a protection mode to preserve battery power. Plug your system in to reactivate it. Make sure the battery is fully charged. Charge time is up to 10 hours in play mode or in standby.
