Why does my bose stereo system say a CD is not playable?

my bose wave is saying “disc not playable” for every CD. Bose systems sometimes have an issue reading dual layer discs and other cheaper burned discs. Assuming these are quality working discs then your options are to unplug the unit for 2 minutes from the electrical outlet and this will force a reset.

Is there way to repair Bose Wave radio CD player?

The plastic clear front display on our Bose Wave Radio was damaged by a hot appliance and now we cannot read the display. Is there a way to replace it if we could find the part? TIA For the last couple of years, the CD player has been ‘stuttering’ when it commences playing. If I leave it alone, it corrects itself and plays fine.
