I had the same problem with my 2005 tundra and I tried the fixes mentioned in the thread, disconnecting the battery and removing fuses, bu they did not work. What did work was turning in the CD player and inserting a thin piece of cardboard into the CD slot and this apparently triggered the auto eject in the CD player.
