Why my marantz receiver keeps shutting off?
It may be a CD or DVD player that is overloading a signal coming in, it may be a speaker crossover thats gone bad. Sometimes a receiver shuts off because its bad, sometimes it isn’t the receiver and you won’t know this until the new receiver does the same thing.
What to do if Marantz receiver turns off by itself?
Going back to the problem I can only suggest, if your receiver is under warranty, you contact Marantz direct and return the unit for repair. Virtually all manufactures have those terms and conditions (No matter what type of equipment it is) so as to protect their backsides (Butt) from any claims.
Are there any problems with the Marantz speakers?
It’s an older model (STR-DE598) and I don’t have any issues with the cables or speakers… but the Marantz might be more sensitive to faulty cables or speakers. Do you recommend to test the amp without any cable connections?

No other electric appliances in the apartment have done the same thing.Also my pc which is connected to it had not restarted.There are no loose wires or speaker wires touching the back of it .There is no overheating problem.There is no blinking light before this happens.
