How do you reset a Winegard satellite?
Inside the SIM Card/LED cover plate there is a reset button on the left hand side. Press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds. This will restore the unit to the original factory settings. Then you may log in using the factory SSID and password located on the front of this manual or inside the cover plate.
How do you fix an LNB problem?
Slide down the cover of the coaxial cable connector’s joint with the LNB output jack, gently pull the cable to ensure that the joint is firm and secure. If the joint is loose, frayed or corroded, you will need to replace the connector and screw it back into the jack.
Why Is My RV antenna not picking up channels?
Check the cable connected at the antenna as it may be loose. The cable on your antenna screws on just like the cable on the back of your TV tighten it as needed. Also visibly inspect the cable for any signs of damage, cracks, exposed wires, etc. Now check the cable connecting the antenna to the inside of your RV.

To determine which, first disconnect the coax from the head and check the light. If it now stays on the head is shorted. If it stills goes out, leave the head disconnected, then disconnect the coax cable from the back of the wallplate switch and recheck the light. If it now stays on there is a short in the coax cable.

Why is my Winegard sk-swm3 dish not working?
This dish will be three years old on the 22nd of this month and has worked great until about 2 months ago. How do you replace a dish on a Winegard RV?
I lifted the roughly 40 pound motor turret with one arm and climbed up the ladder, gently hoisting it over the top to Lorraine where she placed it on some pads. Winegard provided no documentation on how to replace the unit. I used the original documentation that outlined the process to remove the dish and I worked through that process in reverse.
